Outlet Manager - Al Samar Lobby Lounge

About the role

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort, is looking for an Outlet Manager to join the Al Samar Lobby Lounge from November 2026. The role covers the day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage outlet, including staff supervision, standards and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the outlet and give on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates.
• Build positive working relationships, support the team to reach common goals and respond to colleagues' concerns.
• Implement Food and Beverage standards and make sure staff take corrective action in line with Jumeirah policies.
• Monitor outlet profitability and recommend improvements to problem areas.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and introduce ways to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety and cost savings.
• Monitor food, beverage and service quality and escalate major problems or complaints to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is an advantage.
• 10-12 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in international luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, able to motivate and coach colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of outlet operations and guest service standards.
• Cash handling procedures, inventory management and cost control.
