Outlet Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Dhow & Anchor at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guiding staff and maintaining smooth service flow.
• Develop and present annual business plans, revenue targets and expense budgets to the Director of F&B.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address feedback and uphold a positive brand image.
• Track performance against forecasts, initiating corrective actions to meet financial goals.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and overall service to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
