Outlet Manager – Nuska

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Nuska at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel starting September 2026. The role leads day‑to‑day outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service excellence in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily outlet operations, maintaining high standards of service.
• Drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction through effective operational and financial management.
• Coach, develop and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold luxury standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness and overall operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory and cost controls to meet business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance the outlet’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for team performance.
• Strong ability to engage guests, manage budgets and drive revenue.
• Experience in forecasting, cost control and relationship management.
