Outlet Manager – Villamore

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the Villamore outlet, delivering an outstanding guest experience by coordinating the service team and working closely with the culinary team. This role requires a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and the seamless execution of the outlet’s concept within a luxury five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service at all times and set the example for the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and surrounding areas.
• Ensure high product and service quality throughout the outlet.
• Train staff on the outlet concept, menu, and service standards.
• Drive entrepreneurial initiatives to generate additional business.
• Stay informed about the local restaurant scene and promote the outlet in the market.
• Operate the POS system according to assigned responsibilities.
• Upsell menu items and suggest alternatives to guests.
• Collect and communicate innovative ideas to the Head of Department.
• Support talent development, multi‑tasking training, and career progression.
• Provide continuous feedback to staff and enforce hotel policies, including fire safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar outlet management role.
• Experience in an international, luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Background in beach club operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Relevant experience in an Italian restaurant.
