Outside Sales Representative – UAE Market

About the role

Howard Supply Company is looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand its customer base and drive revenue across the UAE. You will work directly with clients in the oil & gas, industrial, construction, and energy sectors, delivering product solutions and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer accounts throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.
• Visit existing and prospective clients, present products and services, and understand their needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, sales orders and follow‑up documentation.
• Enter and manage customer activity, quotes and orders using Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).
• Monitor market pricing, competitor activity and industry trends.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and gross‑margin targets.
• Coordinate with branch, warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed sales call reports, expense reports and required documentation.
• Travel throughout the UAE as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution, oilfield supply, construction, mining, MRO or energy‑related sales is a plus.
• Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s licence (UAE licence preferred or ability to obtain).
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
