About the role

We have an immediate opening for an Outsourced Workshop Coordinator on a 12‑month contract in the UAE.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in workshop coordination, fleet, or transport operations (preferably FMCG or logistics).
Strong knowledge of fleet and MHE maintenance operations.
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Fleet/Workshop Management Systems (ERP/FMS).
Good understanding of UAE traffic and RTA regulations.
Safety‑conscious with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple activities in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
