About the role
We are seeking an experienced padel coach to join our growing academy in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering private and group lessons to adults and juniors, ranging from beginners to advanced players. The position involves roughly 30 coaching hours per week together with academy events, social tournaments and player development programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct private and group padel lessons for all skill levels.
- Organise and participate in academy events, social tournaments and development programmes.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Coach and the wider coaching team.
- Maintain a safe and motivating training environment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of padel coaching experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Possession of a recognised padel coaching qualification.
