Paid Media & Marketing Specialist

About the role

alist.ae is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital acquisition and paid media performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns targeting B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from start to finish, focusing on lead generation, creator acquisition, brand awareness and business acquisition.
• Develop and test audiences, targeting strategies, creatives, copy and formats; monitor performance and continuously optimise based on data.
• Manage advertising budgets, troubleshoot under‑performing campaigns and conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS and ROI; prepare regular performance reports for the Marketing Manager.
• Support creator acquisition initiatives, research relevant creators, assist with outreach and contribute to larger client campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels, assist with short‑form content production and contribute creative concepts for paid testing.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital/performance marketing, with a proven track record in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with campaign data and making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
