About the role
LITONG PAINT TRADING L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Paint Colour Mixing Technician for its Production department. The role covers hands-on industrial paint preparation, colour matching and mixing, and requires 1-2 years of experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and mix paints according to required colour shades and specifications.
- Perform colour matching and shade adjustments.
- Maintain colour consistency and quality.
- Monitor mixing ratios and keep accurate records.
- Identify colour variations and make necessary adjustments.
- Handle paint mixing operations independently with minimal supervision.
- Follow production quality and safety procedures.
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial paint mixing, colour matching or coating operations.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy.
- Relevant technical qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
