About the role
The Palace Butler joins the Butler team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi, delivering personalized guest services in a 5‑star luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services such as wake‑up calls, newspaper delivery and shoe‑shine.
- Coordinate VIP amenities, including daily fruit baskets and personalized welcomes.
- Escort guests to rooms, introduce hotel facilities and provide ongoing assistance.
- Manage luggage handling in partnership with Concierge.
- Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
- Provide packing, unpacking and laundry assistance.
- Keep up‑to‑date with hotel promotions, VIP arrivals and events to anticipate guest needs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Butler or similar role in a luxury hotel (preferred).
- Resort experience considered a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional and well‑groomed appearance.
- Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating integrity and respect.
