Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms and suites at NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and luxury. This position is essential for delivering memorable experiences to business travellers, couples, and leisure guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms daily according to brand standards.
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities such as soaps, shampoo, minibar items, and coffee supplies.
• Inspect rooms for damage or broken items and report any issues promptly to the Engineering team.
• Respect guest privacy by adhering to “Do Not Disturb” signs and handle guest requests politely.
• Restock and organize the housekeeping trolley at the start and end of each shift with necessary supplies and linens.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight shift timelines.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Basic English proficiency to understand guest requests.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high‑quality service.
