Palace Host – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Palace Host is the front‑line ambassador for guests at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, delivering seamless service from arrival to departure. You will ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s luxury standards and authentic hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage arrival and departure procedures in line with the Palace Host SOP.
• Maintain guest privacy, security, and accurate guest history records.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Activities, and Spa teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Upsell rooms and ancillary services, handling guest feedback promptly.
• Drive hotel buggies safely after passing the required test.
• Maintain the Palace Host pantry, equipment, and tools in operational condition.
• Communicate any issues or unusual matters to the Duty Manager and take corrective actions for safety.
