About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a luxury lifestyle destination in Dubai, is looking for a Paramedic. The role provides rapid emergency response, life support and first-aid care to guests and colleagues in critical situations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rapid emergency response, life support and first-aid care to guests and colleagues in critical situations.
• Assess patient conditions, perform preliminary diagnoses and initiate appropriate medical treatment according to protocols.
• Administer medications orally, by injection or intravenously and share patient information during referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records while complying with clinical protocols, legal and health and safety standards.
• Support guest and colleague well-being through preventive care, reassurance and professional patient communication.

Required profile

• Certified AEA and CCA with valid emergency medical credentials.
• National Diploma or country-specific medical certification.
• Degree or certification in Emergency or Trauma Care.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient care.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards.
