Part-Time Fashion Consultant – Kids Around (Dubai Mall)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Part‑Time Fashion Consultant for the Kids Around concept at Dubai Mall. You will be the face of luxury fashion for young customers, delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting the store’s sales and CRM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote and manage the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within SLA and capture customer data per marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social media campaigns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to SOPs.
• Contribute to eNPS initiatives and culture‑building activities.
