About the role
As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive sell‑through within the store.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Maintain client relationships through an omni‑channel approach.
- Provide pre‑buying feedback on products and promote the loyalty program (MUSE).
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and SOPs.
- Manage click‑and‑collect orders within service‑level agreements.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and social media campaigns.
