About the role
UAE National part-time Receptionist & Guest Relation Officer for Al Futtaim Automotive’s Toyota & Lexus showroom. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming customers and ensuring they are guided to the right executive.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers visiting the service centre/showroom.
- Guide visitors and connect them seamlessly to the appropriate executive.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey from arrival to departure.
- Provide a warm send‑off, ensuring guests feel valued.
Required profile
- UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory).
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or higher.
