Partner Customer Success Manager (English/Spanish/French)

About the role

We are seeking an organized, analytical and empathetic Partner Customer Success Manager to guide our partners to success. The role combines onboarding, relationship management and strategic advisory for SaaS loyalty solutions in the F&B and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned partners after the sales hand‑off and act as their main point of contact.
• Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring they understand product usage and can configure loyalty programs in the back‑end.
• Proactively address partner issues by coordinating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.
• Advocate partner needs within the company, influencing product improvements and new feature development.
• Develop and execute success plans based on KPIs, helping partners improve campaigns and achieve business goals.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional features, services or higher‑tier plans.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Spanish or French.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and solution‑focused with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a plus.
