Partnerships Manager – Rent Now Pay Monthly

About the role

The Partnerships Manager – Rent Now Pay Monthly will lead Keyper’s real‑estate agency channel in Dubai. You will be the primary liaison for agencies, promoting the RNPM product to agents and their tenants while collaborating with the rent‑financing (PF) team to drive onboarding and supply growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new real‑estate agencies that fit the RNPM offering.
• Lead partnership negotiations from initial outreach to signed agreements.
• Represent Keyper at industry events, property expos and agency offices.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective agency partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing agency partners, monitoring applications, conversion rates and revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews and gather feedback to improve the product.
• Collaborate with the PF engagement team to execute the supply‑growth strategy across the agency network.
• Work with operations and marketing to ensure smooth application processing and co‑branded campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in partnership or business development within the real‑estate sector.
• Demonstrated ability to close agency agreements and grow channel revenue.
• Strong network of real‑estate agencies in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a mixed portfolio of acquisition and account‑management activities.
