Parts and Service Consultant

About the role

The Parts and Service Consultant will support Caterpillar’s dealer network across the Middle East, Central Asia and Asia‑Pacific by providing market insights, technical product support and commercial recommendations. You will help drive business growth and improve dealer effectiveness through research and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales support strategies.
• Provide technical product support and commercial recommendations to dealer‑facing sales teams.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to align regional business objectives.
• Maintain internal communications within the marketing department to ensure strategy alignment.
