Parts Consultant Outdoor Sales

About the role

Al Masaood Bergum is looking for a motivated Parts Consultant – Outdoor Sales to expand its B2B automotive parts business. The role is field‑based, focusing on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers while meeting assigned sales revenue and gross profit targets.
• Promote automotive parts and accessories, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and track lost sales to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Perform regular customer follow‑ups, site visits, and parts awareness campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and inventory in Autoline and follow SOPs.
• Escalate incidents requiring management attention and adhere to QHSE safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in automotive parts sales or outdoor sales, with a proven track record in new client acquisition and B2B account management.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts market dynamics and the ability to communicate product information effectively.
