About the role
The Parts Sales and Service Representative (PSSR) drives revenue through parts sales, ensures high customer satisfaction, and manages inventory and order fulfillment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Generate revenue by selling parts and meeting departmental sales targets.
- Respond to prospect inquiries about after‑sales products and capabilities.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores.
- Track inventory turnover, optimize stock levels, and minimize excess inventory.
- Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Monitor returned parts rate to assess order accuracy.
- Evaluate profitability by tracking gross margin percentage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure availability of critical parts to meet demand.
- Monitor backorder rate and identify trends for improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
