Part‑Time Fashion Consultant – Kids Around, Dubai Hills Mall

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for the Kids Around concept at Dubai Hills Mall, you will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support the implementation of CRM and CX initiatives, collect valuable customer data, and help drive omni‑channel client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive sell‑through within the store.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Support CRM, CX and loyalty program (MUSE) initiatives, ensuring accurate customer data capture.
• Promote click‑and‑collect services within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on products and stay updated on brand campaigns and social media.
• Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and omni‑channel client engagement.
