Part‑Time Front Desk Agent (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi on a part‑time basis. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high‑quality service to guests from arrival through departure, ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name, escort them to their rooms and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, promotions and activity enquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rates, occupancy levels and local services.
• Process check‑in and check‑out transactions, accurately posting incidental charges using the hotel’s Front Office system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with cashiering standards.
• Protect guest privacy and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera (hotel property management system) or similar Front Office software.
• Computer literacy.
