Part‑time PPC / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Part‑time PPC / Meta Ads Specialist to take ownership of the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of multiple advertising accounts. The role focuses on hands‑on campaign management, performance analysis, testing and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and set up advertising campaigns in Meta Ads
• Monitor campaign performance daily and respond promptly to changes
• Optimise budgets, audiences, placements and campaign structures
• Analyse key performance metrics and identify reasons behind performance drops
• Test new audiences, offers and advertising creatives
• Provide recommendations for new advertising creatives
• Monitor the accuracy of tracking and conversion events
• Prepare regular performance reports
• Discuss results, challenges and optimisation ideas with the PPC Team Lead
• Troubleshoot issues related to advertising accounts, ads and moderation

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads
• Experience independently managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously
• Good understanding of performance marketing and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR
• Ability to identify optimisation opportunities and make data‑driven decisions independently
• Hands‑on experience with lead‑generation campaigns
• Good understanding of cold audiences, retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Experience testing different audiences and advertising creatives
• Strong attention to detail when working with advertising budgets
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently without constant supervision
• Working English for advertising platforms, ad copy and day‑to‑day communication
