Part‑Time Receptionist – Aftersales Service (UAE National)

About the role

The Aftersales Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the service centre. You will ensure a smooth and professional experience from arrival to vehicle hand‑over, supporting the Service Advisors and workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor, and manage front‑desk communications via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Handle service appointment scheduling, confirmations, and updates while preventing overbooking.
• Provide customers with service information, estimated waiting times, and vehicle status updates.
• Prepare and manage service documents, invoices, and logs of customer visits and vehicle flow.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow and accurate vehicle delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, address basic concerns, and participate in CSV & NPS feedback.
• Follow brand policies, protect customer data confidentiality, and adhere to attendance requirements.
• Assist with reception area organization for audits, promotional activities, and busy‑hour support.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service certification is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Experience using appointment management systems.
