Pastry Chef / Senior Pastry Chef – International Hospitality Group

About the role

The International Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef to join its culinary team. The role involves travelling across the group’s portfolio to support openings, launches and ongoing operations in various international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pastry operations, ensuring high‑quality pastries, desserts and baked products that meet concept standards.
• Lead, train and develop the pastry team, maintaining strong organization, discipline and consistency.
• Support menu development, seasonal offerings and new product creation.
• Manage stock, ordering and inventory in coordination with the wider culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Travel internationally to support openings, launches and operational assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Senior Pastry Chef or similar senior role in high‑end hospitality or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, viennoiserie and modern pastry.
• Experience leading and developing pastry teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, presentation and consistency.
• Fluent English, passport holder with legal right to work across European and GCC destinations.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for short‑ or long‑term assignments.
