About the role

The Patient Admin Coordinator will oversee patient administration services at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality patient service.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all patient administration, medical insurance, billing and cash‑up processes.
Lead and manage a team of Patient Administrators.
Support the department manager with operational management tasks.
Improve customer service quality and promote a safe, quality‑focused work environment.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
2‑3 years of supervisory customer‑service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
Familiarity with hospital information systems.
Understanding of medical insurance terminology and processes.
Medical terminology and procedures.
Experience with patient administration systems.
Knowledge of the UAE healthcare industry.
