About the role

The Patient Admin Coordinator will oversee patient administration services at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality patient service.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all patient administration, medical insurance, billing and cash‑up processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of Patient Administrators.
  • Support the department manager with operational management tasks.
  • Improve customer service quality and promote a safe, quality‑focused work environment.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • 2‑3 years of supervisory customer‑service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems.
  • Understanding of medical insurance terminology and processes.
  • Medical terminology and procedures.
  • Experience with patient administration systems.
  • Knowledge of the UAE healthcare industry.
