Patient Administration Executive – Al Nahda

About the role

The Patient Administration Executive will be the first point of contact for patients visiting Sunny Medical Center Al Nahda. This role ensures smooth registration, accurate insurance verification, and high‑quality support for both patients and clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, direct them to the appropriate departments and provide routine information about the hospital.
• Register new patients, verify insurance coverage and eligibility, and maintain up‑to‑date insurance records.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare and attach correct documentation for insurance claims, resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending approvals.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, billing and clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Maintain a clean, safe reception area and adhere to NMC, infection‑control and JCI regulations.
• Participate in hospital training programs and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• College diploma in any discipline or related field.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and ability to maintain patient and staff confidentiality.
• Effective interpersonal skills for dealing with patients, colleagues and management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ICD & CDT coding to avoid claim rejections.
• Experience in insurance claim processing and verification.
