Patient Journey Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Journey Coordinator works alongside practitioners and the reception team at Joint Space in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. The role involves helping patients understand their treatment plans, presenting additional services, and booking the next steps with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients, receive practitioner referrals, and explain treatment plans and complementary services.
• Provide clear information on services, pricing, and booking options.
• Identify and address reasons patients may hesitate to book, and communicate insights to practitioners.
• Coordinate with reception to ensure bookings are completed and follow up with patients as needed.
• Track referrals, conversations, and bookings, and work towards agreed booking targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and listening skills to understand patient needs.
• Comfortable discussing prices and asking for bookings while keeping patient interest first.
• Experience in a patient‑facing or client‑facing role with responsibility for bookings, memberships, or sales, preferably in healthcare, wellbeing, or hospitality.
• Organised record‑keeping and follow‑up abilities; confident using booking and messaging software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and committed to personal health.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (48 hours/week) including one weekend day.
• Base salary of 8,000 AED per month plus commission up to 4,000 AED per month.
• Small, high‑standard team with long‑term patient relationships.
