Patient Relations Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim, as a Patient Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional and seamless experience from the initial inquiry through to follow‑up care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, provide accurate information and guide them through clinic services.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate follow‑ups and ensure timely communication with clinical teams.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain patient records securely and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Assist patients with insurance, billing queries and promote additional HealthHub services.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient‑facing healthcare role.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with healthcare systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
