Patient Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Patient Relations Supervisor oversees the daily activities of Patient Relations Executives and supports the call centre at Festival City Clinic. This role ensures service excellence and drives patient satisfaction through effective supervision and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Patient Relations Executives (PREs) department, monitoring performance and addressing concerns.
• Organise projects and tasks based on clinic and patient needs, acting as floor supervisor to ensure effective time management.
• Collect and analyse patient feedback, produce monthly reports for the Patient Experience Manager and Unit in Charge.
• Prepare monthly rosters, identify training needs, and support implementation of new technologies to enhance patient experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (business administration/management preferred).
• Significant experience managing a team of administrators and working in customer care or booking administration with commercial awareness.
