PC Technician – IT Operations & Support

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking PC Technicians to join its IT Operations Engineering & Support team. You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering prompt technical assistance across the resort’s extensive IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support for hardware, software and system issues, acting as the primary contact for end‑users.
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems (macOS, Windows) and software.
• Manage service requests, incidents and problem resolution through the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
• Ensure software licensing compliance and keep documentation up to date.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace faulty equipment while following safety standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and support resources.
• Collaborate with business units, deliver user training and use approved tools to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Microsoft Windows, software installation and basic database administration.
• Proven experience using an ITSM platform for managing requests and incidents.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to move around the property and lift equipment up to 40 lb (18 kg).
