Pediatrician (Part-Time, On-Site, DHA)

About the role

HIRENEX HR Consultancy is recruiting a part-time, on-site Pediatrician based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Pediatrician provides primary and specialized medical care for infants, children and adolescents, working under DHA regulations and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outpatient consultations and conduct examinations, diagnose illnesses and prescribe treatments
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with other physicians and healthcare professionals
• Educate parents and caregivers on preventive health, vaccination schedules, nutrition and developmental milestones
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment

Required profile

• Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent), completed pediatric residency or equivalent training, and eligibility for DHA licensure or a current DHA license
• Proven experience as a Pediatrician in clinical settings, preferably in the UAE or a similar system
• Experience or training in neonatology, including care of high-risk and premature infants
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Required skills

• Strong clinical foundation in medicine and primary care, with expertise in routine child health assessments, growth and development monitoring and acute care
• Strong communication skills with children and families from diverse backgrounds, with empathy and cultural sensitivity
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, medical ethics and ongoing professional development
