Penetration Tester

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join our international Security Lab in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver end‑to‑end security assessment services for enterprise clients while researching emerging attack techniques and cybersecurity technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, red‑team simulations and incident response for large‑scale customers.
• Research and analyse emerging threats across cloud, web, mobile, Active Directory, malware and source‑code domains.
• Produce professional assessment reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve overall security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, operating systems and computer networking.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, CREST, CEH, CISSP, GIAC or GSEC are highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in penetration testing or offensive cybersecurity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
