People and Culture Coordinator

About the role

Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a luxury property of Minor Hotels, and support the delivery of exceptional hospitality through effective people and culture initiatives. The role focuses on HR administration, recruitment, employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure People & Culture policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved.
• Assist with sourcing, recruitment, performance management, staff discipline and administration.
• Coordinate work permits, visas, staff accommodation, facilities and transport.
• Implement compensation, benefits and employee incentive schemes.
• Communicate key messages, promote employee communication channels and handle staff grievances.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Knowledge of HR administration, employee records management and UAE labour regulations.
• Experience maintaining employee files, HR documentation and preparing HR reports, letters and certificates.
• Understanding of attendance, leave, overtime and basic payroll processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems.
