People and Culture Coordinator

About the role
The People and Culture Coordinator will support the HR operations of Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring compliance with Minor Hotels policies and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration.
- Coordinate work permits, visas, staff accommodation, facilities and transport.
- Implement compensation, benefits and incentive bonus schemes.
- Communicate key messages, promote employee feedback channels and resolve grievances.
Required profile
- Knowledge of HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave and UAE labor regulations (advantage).
- Experience maintaining employee files, HR documentation and preparing HR reports, letters and certificates.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems.
