People and Culture Executive

About the role

The People and Culture Executive will manage day‑to‑day HR operations for Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with policies and labour laws while supporting recruitment, employee relations and performance management. This role acts as a bridge between staff and management, fostering a positive work environment and driving organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive pay and accurate benefits administration.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems, mid‑year reviews and succession planning.
• Use HR analytics to prepare regular reports, inform decision‑making and continuously improve processes.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensure compliance with labour regulations and maintain HR policies.
• Develop and run employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys and promote an inclusive culture.
• Assist in talent acquisition, retention strategies and onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
