People & Culture Executive – Al Qurm Charter School

About the role

The People & Culture Executive will support Aldar Education’s Al Qurm Charter School in delivering HR services that align with the group’s values and the region’s cultural expectations. This role ensures smooth onboarding, talent acquisition, and HR operations for a growing school community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Operations team with all HR‑related queries and tasks.
• Manage the onboarding process, including pre‑employment communication and UAE living requirements.
• Maintain and update employee files in the EDMS and HR Master Database.
• Support recruitment activities: screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Facilitate visa processing and ADEK pass applications in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and track staff training records.
• Administer health‑insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Oversee time‑and‑attendance reporting and manage exit procedures, including final settlements and housing close‑out.

Required profile

• Alignment with Aldar Education’s core values and a genuine appreciation of regional cultural values.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Proficiency in using HR Master Database or similar HRIS tools.
• Knowledge of UAE visa and ADEK pass processes.
• Health‑insurance administration.
• Time‑and‑attendance system management.
