People & Culture Intern

About the role

Join the People & Culture team at 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai, supporting HR operations and employee experience in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administration of employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications and coordinating interviews.
• Help with onboarding, orientation and preparation of required documents for new colleagues.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events and recognition programmes.
• Prepare HR communications, presentations, reports and other departmental materials.
• Coordinate training sessions, learning activities and development programmes.
• Maintain HR data entry, document filing and update employee information in HR systems.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and People & Culture operations with good verbal and written English communication.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
