Talent Acquisition Partner – Real Estate

About the role

Al Futtaim Real Estate is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growth by attracting and securing high‑calibre mid to senior level talent across Asset Development, Asset Management and Shared Services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for Manager to Director‑level roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, market maps and succession pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, salary benchmarks and talent availability data to support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years hiring mid to senior‑level talent across the GCC.
• Experience in real estate, construction, retail or related sectors, preferably in‑house within a large matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HRBPs.

Required skills

• Strategic headhunting, talent mapping and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.
