People Director – Global for Level Shoes

About the role

The People Director will lead the People and Culture strategy for Level Shoes on a global scale, ensuring the organisation has the leadership, capability, structure and culture required to achieve growth and diversification ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the People and Culture strategy aligned with Level Shoes’ commercial objectives.
• Act as the CEO’s trusted partner and challenger on all people‑related decisions.
• Translate commercial strategy into clear HR priorities, milestones and metrics.
• Provide advisory support to the leadership team on organisation, culture and talent matters.
• Develop and maintain a workforce plan covering roles, capabilities and headcount for short‑ and long‑term growth.
• Identify, assess and develop talent for leadership and critical positions, including succession planning.
• Lead the hiring of senior and business‑critical roles in collaboration with Group Talent Acquisition and executive search partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader influencing business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to CEOs and senior executives.
• Strong track record in talent identification, development and succession planning.
• Experience building workforce plans that support rapid expansion.
