People & Organisation Coordinator – HR & Emirati Talent

About the role

The People & Organisation Coordinator supports the Human Capital Business Partner in delivering day‑to‑day HR operations for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. The role manages employee lifecycle activities, Emiratization tracking and engagement initiatives, acting as a primary point of contact for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding and employee movements, ensuring all documentation and government processes are completed on time.
• Conduct orientation sessions and deliver EMPOWERED framework training in partnership with L&D.
• Maintain accurate HR trackers for hires, exits, promotions, salary changes and investigations.
• Provide first‑line support for employee HR queries, advising on policies, procedures and benefits.
• Assist with employee relations tasks, including investigations, ROD processing and NAVEX actions.
• Monitor Emiratization targets, labor contract expiries and compliance requirements to avoid penalties.
• Support employee engagement, training coordination and people‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related functions.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
