Performance and KPI Manager

About the role

Naffco Group is looking for an analytical, results-oriented Performance and KPI Manager to build and run the Group's performance measurement framework. The role works with business units and support functions to define meaningful KPIs, set targets, track results and give management clear insights, turning business objectives into measurable plans and improving accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Group-wide KPI framework, scorecards and performance reporting, working with business leaders to define measurable, relevant KPIs aligned with strategy
• Set KPI definitions, calculation methods, data owners, reporting frequency and approval requirements, and review them regularly
• Consolidate and analyse performance data, prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards, scorecards and management reports, and present findings to senior management
• Track actual results against targets, budgets and previous periods, and identify trends, gaps, risks and strong performers
• Run periodic performance reviews with department heads, follow up on agreed actions and support corrective action plans
• Identify improvements in productivity, efficiency, service quality and cost control, and monitor their effectiveness
• Define data collection and validation processes, work with IT to improve reporting tools and automation, and train KPI owners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including managing KPIs or business performance reporting
• Professional certification in performance management, business analytics or a related discipline is an advantage
