Performance & Attribution Reporting Manager

About the role

The Manager – Performance & Attribution Reporting is responsible for delivering accurate, timely investment performance measurement, attribution reporting, and portfolio analytics across the Emirates Investment Authority’s multi‑asset portfolio, supporting investment decisions and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end investment performance measurement and attribution across all asset classes and portfolios.
• Produce and present performance analysis and reports for executive management, committees, and portfolio teams.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation of performance data across platforms.
• Oversee performance reporting systems, drive automation, and implement AI‑enabled analytical tools.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and coordinate with investment, risk, operations, and third‑party providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field; CIPM or CFA charter highly desirable.
• 10–12 years of experience in investment performance measurement, attribution reporting or portfolio analytics, with at least 3 years leading a reporting team.
• Background in sovereign wealth funds, asset owners or institutional investment environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with performance measurement systems such as Solovis, SimCorp, BNY Eagle, Bloomberg PORT, FactSet or MSCI Barra.
• Advanced data‑visualisation and reporting using Power BI.
• Experience implementing automation and AI‑enabled analytical reporting tools.
