Performance Growth Lead (Meta Ads)

About the role

ViralClip is looking for a Performance Growth Lead to own paid‑media strategy and client relationships for fast‑growing AI and SaaS startups backed by Series A‑C funding. You will manage high‑spend Meta Ads accounts, act as the main point of contact for English‑speaking founders, and drive first‑purchase ROAS above 1.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Meta Ads accounts with monthly spend of $100k–$500k, ensuring cash ROAS > 1.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end paid‑media strategies, collaborating with a dedicated creative team to produce data‑driven UGC assets.
• Maintain direct communication with US/UK founders, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Scale accounts responsibly, owning the numbers, strategy, and client relationship without intermediary layers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with budgets of $100k+ per month.
• Proven track record of owning client relationships and delivering performance results.
• Fluent, natural English (native or near‑native) with a clear, neutral accent for weekly calls with US/UK founders.
• Based in Dubai or willing to work on‑site.
