Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

A Performance Marketing Executive is sought with at least 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, able to manage campaigns independently, coordinate with agencies and handle day-to-day digital marketing activities. Experience in the UAE market is ideal, and real estate experience is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Paid advertising: plan, run and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets, targeting and retargeting, and monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions and lead quality
• Run campaigns for project launches, events and ongoing lead generation, testing audiences, creatives and ad copy
• Social media: manage monthly calendars, coordinate with designers, videographers and content agencies, review content before publishing and keep branding consistent
• SEO and agency coordination: work with external SEO, website and content agencies, follow up on deliverables and monthly reports, and monitor website performance and traffic
• Lead generation: work with the sales team on lead quality, ensure CRM integration and lead routing, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads and performance

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a must
• Experience in the real estate industry, especially off-plan projects and lead generation campaigns, is preferred
• Previous experience managing or coordinating with external marketing agencies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns without constant supervision
