Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Bright Minds Hub Marketing Management LLC, a UAE-based company managing premium platforms such as PropertyGuru.ae, MotorGuru.ae, CreditNow.ae and The Network (a programmatic advertising platform), is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive. The role manages and optimizes paid media campaigns across several channels, coordinates with the content team on performance-driven creatives and works directly under senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, programmatic platforms (GAM, DSPs) and LinkedIn Ads
• Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, budget allocation and pacing, and implement conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snap Pixel, GTM, GA4)
• A/B test creatives and landing pages
• Monitor CPL, CPV, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rate; optimize campaigns for better lead quality, scale winners and control underperforming ad sets
• Manage retargeting funnels and audience nurturing
• Guide the content team on ad copy, creative messaging, hooks for TikTok and Snapchat, and suggest angles and video scripts based on performance data
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and use GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads and Looker Studio
• Ensure pixels and events are set up correctly, monitor CRM integration and lead flow, and suggest CRO improvements

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience running Meta lead generation, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads campaigns
• Experience targeting the UAE and international markets
• Strong understanding of paid social content strategy and ability to guide content creators
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Required skills

• Conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager mandatory)
• Preferred: real estate or automotive campaign experience, high-value lead generation, GCC and Levant market experience, CRM familiarity (Bitrix24 preferred), remote team experience
