Performance & Marketing Manager

A growing team in Dubai is looking for a Performance & Marketing Manager to develop and run strategic marketing initiatives, drive business growth, raise brand visibility and generate qualified leads across digital and offline channels. The role suits a highly motivated professional with strong UAE market experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM and paid advertising.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
• Manage lead generation and optimise conversion funnels.
• Work with sales and business development teams to align marketing with company goals.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networking opportunities in the UAE.
• Monitor campaign metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Oversee content creation, branding and marketing communications.
• Manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI and support events, product launches and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or marketing management within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management and business growth strategies.
• Experience in technology, fintech or digital solutions is an advantage.
