Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media and SEO initiatives for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will own end‑to‑end campaign management across Google, Bing, and Meta platforms while driving organic visibility through strategic SEO work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) from creative testing to scaling.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with SEO tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and campaign management skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused.
